How quickly can my certificate be sent?
“Hard copy” certificates are mailed on the first business day following the receipt of your order.

help you with any special needs.  An “electronic” gift certificate will be sent to your
designated e-mail address on the specific date you name.  The electronic gift certificate
can be sent to e-mail addresses throughout the world.

Can you notify me when my She Plays Sports Group “electronic” gift certificate is sent?
We’ll be glad to send you e-mail notification of the certificate’s transmission.  Should there
be a problem with delivery, we’ll notify you immediately by e-mail for your instructions.

How can I transact purchases with my certificate?
Simply go on-line to www.ShePlaysSports.com and choose your selections using our shopping cart.
After you complete your selections, please enter the gift certificate authorization number in the space provided.
 The amount of your certificate will be credited toward your balance.
 Your certificate can be used for any items shown in our product catalog.  Again, if you prefer,
you can order your choices by calling toll-free at 877-SHE-PLAYS, or print out an order form
and transmit it to us by fax at 215-784-1162.  Be sure to include a telephone number
and/or email address to resolve any questions.

Can I spend more than the amount of my certificate?
Certainly.  Simply pay the difference by credit card.  We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover.

What happens if I spend less?
We’ll issue a new certificate for the balance.  We'll send it to you by conventional mail.
Certificates must be used within two years of the original purchase.

Can I redeem my gift certificate for cash?
No, certificates are redeemable in She Plays Sports Group merchandise only.
