You may choose your design from one of the two standard designs illustrated below for
just $6.00 for each uniform when you order a minimum of six uniforms.
Team name can be embroidered in either block or script design.  If you prefer your own design,
we will be glad to accommodate your request subject to a digitizing charge of $15.00 per 1,000 stitches.
For designs exceeding 9,000 stitches, we will provide you with an estimate of additional charges.

Embroidery is available on orders of 6 or more items.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

· Payment is by cash, money order or check made payable to She Plays Sports, Inc.   Purchase Orders from schools and colleges are acceptable.
 We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  50% deposit required on custom orders, balance due on shipment.
 $25.00 charge for returned checks.  All sales of customized items are final.
