Q:  How do I place an order for standard items?
A:  Simply choose the items you want and place them in your cart.  Be sure to indicate the quantity, size, and color of each item.  When you are finished shopping, click on the “Check Out” icon, and you will complete the process by providing payment and shipping information.

Q:  How do I place an order for uniforms or other custom and teamwear items?

Q: Is your site secure?  Is it safe to provide my credit card information?
A: Yes.  She Plays Sports Group uses a Secured Server so all info is secure.  Through our Address Verification System, our system is designed to reject a transaction if your address does not match the billing address for your credit card number.

Q: Who has access to my information?
A:  No one but She Plays Sports!  We promise not to sell or give your personal info to anyone.  Ever!

Q: What if I receive the merchandise and it is damaged?
A: All claims for shortages, damages, defects, price discrepancies, incorrect merchandise, etc. MUST be reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods.  Claims will not be accepted after this time.

It is the customer's responsibility to count and inspect all merchandise before imprinting or washing to ensure it is the correct merchandise, correct quantity and in good condition as ordered.  She Plays Sports will not assume responsibility after garments have been imprinted, embroidered, washed or embellished in any fashion.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A:  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express.  We also accept Business Checks, Money Orders and School Purchase Orders. 

Returned Check fee for Insufficient Funds is $25.00.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Returns require a SPS Return Authorization number (RA #).  No returns will be accepted by our warehouse without a valid RA#.  Absolutely no returns on printed, worn, washed, decorated or otherwise embellished merchandise.

Headwear returns will not be accepted under any circumstances (for health reasons) unless the headwear is in case quantities and the case(s) are unopened.  We will not accept returns for single piece or broken case headwear shipments, no exceptions. 

Returns are accepted if returned with a valid RA# to the warehouse of origin within 14 Days of ship date.  Returns of unwanted merchandise or merchandise ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer must be approved in advance and may be charged a 15%-25% restocking fee, in addition to freight charges. There is a minimum restocking charge of $10.  Restocking fees are applied per order, not per item.  Returns of this nature must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  Close-outs, discontinued and discounted merchandise are final sales.

Please allow 7-14 Business Days from receipt of returned merchandise for credit to be issued.

If replacement apparel is needed quickly please place a new order and you will be credited once the returned apparel has been received and processed.

Q: May I order a sample?
A: Samples may be purchased at the piece price.

Q: How will my order be shipped?
A:   Items will ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority or USPS First Class Mail at our discretion unless otherwise specified on your order.  UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.  Delivery address must be a physical street address.

Alaska and Hawaii shipments must ship via 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. 

Q: Do I have to be home to receive my package?
A: We ship with "No Signature Required" by default.  BUT some UPS drivers take it upon themselves to decide whether or not to leave a package without obtaining a signature.  This is beyond our control.   A signature is required for all packages delivered to a commercial address.

Q: Is Saturday delivery possible?
A:  Saturday delivery may be available for an extra charge.  Delivery on Saturday is only available for Overnight shipments.  Ask your Sales Rep. for a price quote.  Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Sunday or holiday delivery.

Q: Do you offer quantity pricing?
A:  Yes!  Email us or call us for a quote request for quantities (of the same item) over 24 pieces.

Q: I want my shirts embroidered with our company/school logo.  Do you do that?
A:  Email us and attach a picture of your logo (jpg format preferred).  Provide as much information as possible.  How many colors?  How big do you want the logo?  Where will it be embroidered (i.e., left chest, right sleeve, etc.).  We will get back to you within 24 hours with a custom quotation. 

Q: What are your embroidery charges?
A: This can vary due to the number of stitches.  In most cases, we will have to digitize your logo which is a process that creates a tape for our embroidery machine to read.  There is a one-time digitizing fee.  This can range from $50-$200+, depending on the size and detail of your logo.  Order 72 or more items for embroidery, and we will digitize your logo for free (up to 15,000 stitches).

Once we have your logo digitized, there is a “per piece” charge.  This charge decreases as the quantity increases.
